THIS IS DUE TO THE EXTRA COSTS WHEN YOU RETOOL A NEW PRODUCTION LINE AFTER YOU CHANGE PRODUCTS. THE COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL COST OF ANY NEW SKYTRAIN ORDER!
